These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by 612bet through its website and digital platform. By registering, accessing, depositing, placing bets, or using any feature of 612bet, you confirm that:

One account per user: each Brazilian CPF may only be linked to one account on the 612bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same user constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent access ban.

The 612bet will verify your identity by reviewing the CPF provided during registration. In specific situations, we may request additional documents – such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address – to confirm account ownership and prevent fraud. The user has the timeframe stated in the request to submit the required documents; otherwise, the account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

Access to the services of the 612bet is restricted to the following conditions:

Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00. Any available balance in the account may be withdrawn at any time, provided there is no pending rollover on an active bonus. Sports bets placed on the 612bet follow these general rules:

• Once confirmed by the system, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user;
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the valid odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed for more than 72 hours, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Bets on events that had already started without live betting being active are considered void;
• The 612bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on certain markets or events without prior notice, particularly in situations of elevated risk of result manipulation;
• Obvious odds errors — such as clearly incorrect prices resulting from a technical failure — may lead to the cancellation of the affected bets. The user will be notified by email and the amount returned to their balance.

The 612bet periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are always displayed on the promotion page at the time of redemption. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

Maintaining each tier is subject to a minimum monthly activity volume. Users who do not meet the minimum volume may be moved down to the previous tier at the start of the following month. The 612bet may modify the criteria, percentages, and benefits of the VIP Program at any time, with 15 days' prior notice sent by email to affected users.

• Deliberately and systematically exploiting technical errors, system failures, or odds inconsistencies;

• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee risk-free financial outcomes (organized "arbitrage" at the platform's expense);
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.

The identification of any prohibited conduct may result, at the sole discretion of the 612bet, including: temporary account suspension, permanent account cancellation, forfeiture of irregularly obtained balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities when there is evidence of criminal activity.

By the user: you may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@612bet.best. Your available balance (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the request is confirmed, provided there are no pending verification or investigation matters.

At 612bet: the platform may suspend or close an account in the following situations, without prior notice in urgent cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no financial activity.

In the event of closure due to a breach of Terms, irregularly obtained balances may be confiscated. Balances from legitimate deposits will be returned following review, except where a competent authority determines otherwise.

The 612bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance; unplanned outages caused by technical failures, external attacks, or force majeure events do not entitle users to compensation.

The user acknowledges that Sports Betting and casino games involve inherent financial risk. The 612bet is not liable for losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform – the outcome of each event or round is independent of the platform and determined by external factors (sporting results) or by certified RNG (casino games).

The total liability of the 612bet to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arises. The platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind.
